This all-in-one class combines Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga to deliver a complete physical workout and deep energetic reset. The practice begins with an energising, breath-synchronised flow and steady physical alignments to build strength, generate internal warmth, and quiet the mind.
The second half shifts entirely to the mat, utilising long-held passive stretches to release deep connective tissues, followed by prop-supported relaxation shapes for total nervous system recovery. It serves as a balanced, accessible session for all experience levels looking to satisfy the need for both physical exertion and profound mental rest.

The teacher
Pilkington Wood was born from a simple belief, that yoga, creativity, and community are not separate things. They feed each other. The stillness you find on the mat carries into the way you paint, the way you gather around a table, the way you move through your day.
I am Abi Pilkington-Wood, and I created this space because I wanted somewhere that felt less like a fitness class and more like coming home. Somewhere you could move your body, make something with your hands, share time with people who get it, and leave feeling more yourself than when you arrived.
How it is built
Everything starts with the practice. Grounded, intelligent movement that respects your body as it is today, not as you think it should be.
Yoga is inherently creative. We lean into that, with workshops that blend movement and making, and an approach that treats each student as their own canvas.
Small classes, full attention, real community. This is not about crowded studios where you are just a mat number. It is a space built around genuine human connection.
